Relocation
Moving to Connecticut from somewhere else.
Most of the work happens before you are here. We run the search, preview homes, and keep you informed so that your first visit is decisive, not exploratory.
How we do it
Remote first, then in person.
A relocation search is a buying search with a shorter clock and less local knowledge. We fill in the knowledge and respect the clock.
- A real conversation
Where you will work, how you will get there, what the household needs. Then the towns that fit, honestly ranked.
- Video previews
We walk homes on your shortlist with a camera and tell you what the listing photos leave out.
- One concentrated visit
Showings scheduled back to back in the towns that survived the previews, with time to see the commute and the grocery store.
- Closing from a distance
Connecticut closings run through attorneys, and remote signing is routine. We coordinate the pieces so you do not fly back for paperwork.

Start date, where you will work, and what the household needs. That is enough to begin.
