Nicholas Aponte-Rodriguez

Nicholas came up through operations before he ever took a listing. In June 2018 he walked into Lewis Real Estate to run the office, and the job was everything beyond showings: the files, the deadlines, the outside contacts and the confidential records. He learned how a transaction actually moves by being the person it moved through.

Today, as Director of Operations, he reviews every transaction the brokerage handles alongside the broker, from accepted offer to closing. The checklist behind your file was built for an office and tested over years and hundreds of closings. If something needs to happen on your transaction, he is usually the one who makes it happen.

He is also a licensed Connecticut REALTOR® representing buyers and sellers anywhere in the state, and he holds the Military Relocation Professional certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. Relocations into Connecticut are handled end to end: the search, the offer and the closing, with remote showings and a written plan when you cannot be here in person.

He answers personally, usually the same day.
